Job Description:

  • Effectively and courteously provide technical support to customers through phone interactions, email, and also face-to-face
  • Take ownership of problems and see them to resolution
  • Support of a very wide variety of cloud services, e.g., remote desktop, active directory, MDM, servers, group policies, etc.
  • Diagnose and repair PC issues.

  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with an aptitude for documentation
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Superior customer relations skills
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop systems and/or various software applications and proficiency in networking
  • Familiarity with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • CompTIA Certifications preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must have reliable means of transportation
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Must be able to pass drug screening
