Job Description:
- Effectively and courteously provide technical support to customers through phone interactions, email, and also face-to-face
- Take ownership of problems and see them to resolution
- Support of a very wide variety of cloud services, e.g., remote desktop, active directory, MDM, servers, group policies, etc.
- Diagnose and repair PC issues.

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills with an aptitude for documentation
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Superior customer relations skills
- Advanced knowledge of desktop systems and/or various software applications and proficiency in networking
- Familiarity with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
- CompTIA Certifications preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass drug screening
